Is it advisable to give the callback_url as frontend_url?

In case of any _internet connection loss or any uncertainty_ after the payment has completed isn't it a major problem to have the **call_back url** as the **frontend_url** ? since paytm advises people to use a **S2S** based communication.

please clarify and correct me if I am wrong
