You could even have it so you can hit Next 10 and it would hide the previous 10 messages.

Almost like a page system.

Interesting idea! The thing is we trim at the API level before render, so there's no data to page back to. Would need a very different architecture. Noted though 👍

yeah, the lack of any ability to roll back is definitely painful (more painful than the problem this solves, TBD).

if I could see at least part of the first message, and a trimmed indicator, that would be helpful - I often jump to message 1 to reconfirm context before continuing....
