Unhiding bins does not maintain former bin order

Describe the bug
If a bin is hidden then unhidden, the bin is added to the bottom of the bin list. If more than one bin is hidden, they return in a seemingly random order.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (if applicable - else, "N/A"):

1. Create at least 2 bins (3 total bins including Global)
2. Hide one (or more) of the bin(s)
3. Unhide the bins

Expected behavior
When unhidden, the bin should return to the position in which it was before being hidden.
