Offene Fragen aus 4 Strategy-Docs gesammelt (MASTER-PLAN §7, META-VISION §12, WSK-Integration §9, v0.5.0-Roadmap), dedupliziert, in EINEN kanonischen Decision-Register konsolidiert. 28 Entscheidungen, 5 Status-Typen: - 8 brauchen aktive Joe-Aktion: 5x OFFEN (N1 Lizenz, N3 RUF-Namen, N4 Atlas-Shipping, N6 WSK-Pilot=RUF, N2 Trademark-Timing) + 3x KONFLIKT - 9 NEUE Entscheidungen die in §7 fehlten (N1-N9) - 3 KONFLIKTE wo eine alte Empfehlung Joe-Korrekturen widerspricht: * N9/M17: €499-Flat-Pricing vs Empowerment-Stance (#10/#15/#17) → Beitrags-/Erfolgs-Hybrid, Zahlen erst nach Pilot * M9: AWS-Funding-first vs "kein Founding-Focus" (#1) → Funding opportunistisch, kein Roadmap-Treiber * M10: "Pre-Sale" vs "Networking statt Sales" (#10) → Reframe - 12 §7-Empfehlungen als Ratify-Liste - 6 rein technische → Claude entscheidet (Transparenz) - kritischer Pfad: N1→M2→N5 (Lizenz→PyPI→WSK-Library) - §8: das vollständige Goal sobald N1/N3/N4/N6/N9 entschieden sind N1 beantwortet direkt Joe's Frage #16 ("baut es wer nach?"): ja, real — AGPL ist der strukturelle Schutz, MIT (Microsoft/Asqav) nicht. Joe bat: alle offenen Fragen finden damit das Goal klar ist. 4 Strategy-Docs gescannt, dedupliziert, ein kanonischer Decision-Register. 28 Entscheidungen, 8 brauchen Joe-Aktion (5 OFFEN + 3 KONFLIKT). 9 neue Fragen die in §7 fehlten. Kritischer Pfad N1->M2->N5. §8 formuliert das vollständige Goal sobald die 5 echten Joe-Calls entschieden sind.
