Tasks break when reloading #23
Description
Reloading tasking.py, either manually or through regular discordpy reloads, causes issues with tasks. This includes the presence timer pausing if a discordpy reload happens as the timer updates.
.reload should manually close all running tasks before reloading
discordpy reloads will need a different method to prevent this
