For anyone hitting RuntimeError: Timeout context manager should be used inside a task, NoneType has no attribute 'send_str', or silent command failures on Python 3.11 / aiohttp 3.10+ — I've published a compatible fork at Lightwave3 which fixes these issues and works as a drop-in replacement for LWLink2.

Jeez, is it really three years. I'm happy to transfer the original project if you want to take it over? Or give you access, or whatever!

I think it's a good idea for me to accept transfer of the project for the sake of continuity and user engagement.
Do you know if people are still using it? What are the former users using now?
I have my own home automation scripts, which utilise Lightwave2, I don't use Homebridge or anything.
I've been using Lightwave2 for many years, and it's worked great. As time goes by though, things are starting to break.

Hi all — I've now taken over maintenance of this repo and will be actively supporting it going forward. This will be the primary home for LightwaveRF communication updates, bug fixes, and issue tracking.

I'm also updating a separate Lightwave3 repo which will continue in parallel, but version 2 is where ongoing communication work will happen. If you've raised issues here before and didn't get a response, feel free to reopen them — I'll be working through them.
