Work as a bottom modal

Is it possible to completely hide snapping_sheet, and only show it with the min-height after the users click on a button?
Then the user can dismiss completely the dragging down it .
And of course, it will increase if drag up.

It's something similar to https://jamesblasco.github.io/modal_bottom_sheet, but with the capacity of drag to change the height
