No Plugins menu option

Hello!

I want to run the ImageJ plugin, but despite having the ImageDecorrelationAnalysis_plugin.jar in my plugins folder, it isn't appearing in my Plugins menu.

If you can fix this then I can teach it on a course tomorrow (alternatively, let me know if I've done anything daft and I'll fix it myself).

I'm using Windows/Fiji/ImageJ1.52p, if that helps.

You can download the software package directly from the nature methods webpage https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-019-0515-7#Sec22
under the section Supplementary information.

I am currently investigating this issue and believe that it might be a git pull issue.
