[iOS] Features request

Hello,
I would like to ask for two features on the iOS app

1. Setting for hiding (or disabling) the dictation button. While practical, for people who just type and do not dictate, the button is hiding partially a line of the text and it is imparing the correction of this text
2. a "+" button (or similar like the "square with pencil") to add a new note in addition to the swipe. While typing a note the current gesture is not natural, require multiple steps, and something doesn't work.

If these are already available, apologies I couldn't find them.
