[Feature Request] Add `Settings` to the `Menu` tab

Summary

Provide the user with the ability to enable access to SmartContextMenu' settings via the SmartContextMenu menu.

Problem / Use Case

SmartContextMenu has features that I rarely use. Maybe once a month or so. When I need one of these features, I call up the SCM' menu to check if I have disabled it since the previous use? Most often I find that yes, I did turn it off. And it’s much easier for me to immediately, without closing the menu, click on the Settings item and enable the desired module.

Current Workaround (if any)

Open settings through the (hidden) Taskbar Notification Area.
