I would like to suggest an menu option to set that .exe image path a DPIAWARE / DPIUNAWARE compatibility flag in windows registry
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
or
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
