Jetpack components won't assemble

When trying to construct a wood jetpack, the wood capacitor won't assemble, in spite of a correct recipe - manually or in RefStrg. The result just remains blank.

in addition, Jetpacks will charge but will not function in either body slot of the armor or the back slot of the curios. Engine, Hover and HUD toggles work but the actual HUD itself never appears

This should be fixed with a version bump for Iron Jetpacks
