Error while using cloud version hosted on muapi

Following is the error message i am getting when trying to use any model in cloud version i.e., https://dev.muapi.ai/open-generative-ai. I am using production key of a free muapi account.

I can't get a free key I've tried everything, but it's impossible I'm using phone 😶‍🌫
