Hi, May I ask what is the constant standing for?
I have read the paper and I'm guessing the Mercator projection from the pyproj lib.
So, I'm confused what is the constant standing for? and why do u need the constant?

Hi, thanks for your interest. This constant is used to normalize the coordinates in the Mercator coordinate system.
