Support for Google Translate's new Advanced option

It seems like at some point recently, google translate added an Advanced translation option with better translation accuracy. Could the google plugin be updated to support that?

Unfortunately, this might be a feature that Google Translate is currently testing, and it seems to be available only to certain users.

I haven’t seen the “Fast/Advanced” options on either the web or Android versions on my end yet.

@Chenx221 I believe it's only for certain languages so it doesn't show up under Detect language. It shows up if for example you specifically pick Japanese.

Even if I set the source language to Japanese or English, the “Advanced” mode still doesn’t appear. 😂 Looks like I’m out of luck and not one of the users Google selected.

If you can see the “Advanced” option on the web version, there should also be a mode selector at the top of the Google Translate mobile app.
Anyway, I’ll wait until this feature is rolled out to more users before adding support for it.

@Chenx221 That's weird because I don't see it when logged in on my account but I see it when I'm not signed in on a private browser. So on my main browser where I'm logged into google I don't see it, but I see it in a private window where I'm not logged in.

That's why I assumed it must have only been the detect language issue, because I wasn't signed in where I saw the Advanced option.

This is really strange. After seeing your reply, I immediately checked in an incognito window, and the Advanced option appeared when I set the source language to English — but after reloading the page, it disappeared again 😂. I haven’t seen it since.

Given the current situation and the limited language support, I plan to wait a little longer before addressing it.
