Auto-installer module cant install the SkypeOnlineConnector #16

Seems I'm daft, The SkypeOnlineConnector doesnt exist in the PowerShell gallery (Why the bloddy hell not?) Need to pop a window to install the Skype connector.
Better check all the other ones too. (Teach me for rushing a feature out for 0.64)
