Version Checking error message fails to provide url #20
Description
When BounShell starts using Start-BounShell and checks for a new version, if it cant check the version because of proxy issues, the failure error message that indicates a manual check is needed fails to display a url.
I guess I should probably add something to stop the error message for X days as well..
