Describe the bug
Running version 3.6.0 and when trying to load the Planner Tool, the page refuses to load.
If you force a refresh the page loads and a circle spins in the Virtual Network box and then crashes out.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Hamburger menu at top left
Click on Hamburger menu
Expand Tools
Click on Planner
See blank page
Click on refresh of browser
See page try to load
Blank screen
Expected behavior
Clicking on Planner should launch the Planner tool and show me details of my VNets and Subnets
