Crash when Paperclips are disabled

Describe the bug

Disabling paperclips in the config causes hovering over a joker to crash the game (at least in the collection).

To Reproduce

• Untick Enable Paperclips in the config
• Restart the game
• Hover over a Joker in the collection

Expected behavior

well that's a crash
