The incorrect calculation of feature IDs during the 3D EBSD reconstruction process led to errors in the calculation of the IPF diagram.

The reason for the IPF calculation error is whether it is due to an error in the FeatureID calculation, or whether it is caused by the data not being aligned. My sample has two phases, BCC and FCC. The BCC phase is set to 1 and the FCC phase is set to 2. I used the Multi-Threshold Objects pipeline and set the Phase to 1. So, isn't this just filtering out the BCC phase? Why is there still the error in calculating FeatureID as shown in the figure?Elements from some features did not all have the same phase ID. The last phase ID copied into each feature will be used.
