Adding Percent Seen Banned

I'd like to see the percentage of players that have been banned via the plugin interface. This would be calculated by total bans/total uploads. We can calculate the number of global bans and global uploads as well, so perhaps we could include a marker to indicate if the player has more bans than average, or fewer bans than average.
