Simple tool to send an on-chain message to any address on any Ethereum-based blockchain.
- Download and install Python 3.9+
- Install web3py: go to command prompt / terminal, and enter: pip3 install web3 (you may have to use 'pip' instead)
- Go to IDLE, open script, edit values and run the script.
