Design Docs Review - Sample State

Great work on your sample state, here are my notes so far:

• Change all snake_case to camelCase, this will be in the frontend.
• Bills can be shared among a group, but they can also be shared between individuals. You should include an array of userIds under each bill to account for this.
• Bills should also have an array of commentIds
• Include a slice under entities for groups
