[Feature]: Run WrenAi compleately as standalone CLI tool (no containers)

Containers are qubersome for user adoption. Current implementation is heavyweight; users are looking for quick and simple Installation. CLI is getting more popular and proven by OpenClaw to gain more user adoption.

WrenAI is completely as a standalone CLI tool, no containers (including the PG & Vector databases)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Continue using the current implementation or seek more lightweight alternatives.

Additional context
CLI becomes a standard integration layer in the AI ecosystem.

Actually, the Wren CLI is in progress now. I guess it will come soon.
