_G.HTTP error: Timeout was reached causes certain users' MDLs to fail to load. I discovered this today, but it has been found that disabling PAC3 in the user's add-ons resolves this bug.

It is still unclear under what conditions this occurs. The server is currently using Workshop's PAC3.

This seems a bit odd, so I am reporting the bug.
