Check why metadata import from the initial CIF file fails

By "initial" I mean a CIF file that is prepared by scientists and sent to the PDB – in contrast to the final CIF file that is produced by the PDB. The latter works like a charm.

The problem is within the first line. Parser expects it to start with data_. Initial files have something else.
