Err.02 on Twin Famicom AN500B

FW and BL are both 2C71122 and have already been updated to the latest version.

This issue is specific to the AN-500B. The AN-500R and AN-505-BK models passed testing without any problems.

It works just fine on my AN-500B unit. Are you sure it's not an issue with the cable you're using?
