Trial a wrapper function for the uka analysis #2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is a little bit of DX issue. Right now we need to manually specify the single-sample and multi-sample group
comparisons for UKA. It would be nice if we could have that capability built in.

A wrapper function that selectively calls either uka function.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Using multiple files
- Using a variable in the Justfile to selectively call.
