Move command should support moving a list of message ids

Let's not over-complicate this and rather have 2 separate commands for it.
If you want to move specific messages, use idmove multiple times.

move

Move one or more messages to another channel.
Ex: !move 1 #bin

idmove

Move specific message to another channel.
Ex: !idmove 615903131833991178 #bin
