The graph download option is is not functioning

We were contacted by a partner that the graph download function is not working.

Both Sneha and myself have tried that download, and after several hours it has not completed.

Are we talking about production? GET https://credentialengineregistry.org/ce-registry/envelopes/download returns a finished download, built today.

@excelsior @sedula27 @mparsons-ce did the endpoint to get the download change? Possibly the UI in the accounts system is downloading from the wrong location. Looking at the copy/paste of the UI, this would be production, correct @sedula27

My bad, didn't notice the host. Well the GET request to the above URL returns this:

The response indicates that the download has finished and the file is available.

@excelsior The API was expecting zip_files like it does for sandbox. Will update it to handle both zipfiles and a single url for now.

Sandbox has a newer implementation deployed, I don't think they are compatible.

We are getting the following error in production.
"The single-table inheritance mechanism failed to locate the subclass: 'envelope'. This error is raised because the column 'type' is reserved for storing the class in case of inheritance. Please rename this column if you didn't intend it to be used for storing the inheritance class or overwrite EnvelopeDownload.inheritance_column to use another column for that information. If you wish to disable single-table inheritance for EnvelopeDownload set EnvelopeDownload.inheritance_column to nil"
