[California] Auto recipe creation failed

I am attempting to extract competencies from Coastline College via the link above. It was recommended in our meeting on 2/24 that any future extracts should be created using the automatic recipe detection method, as opposed to manually creating a recipe.

The catalog listed above was already saved in xTRA as we had previously, unsuccessfully, attempted to extract competencies. I attempted to create a new automatically-detected recipe for this catalog and while I received no error messages, the page would not save the recipe. I navigated away from the recipe creation page and decided to attempt the extract using an old recipe, listed below. The recipe below was manually created, and ultimately resulted in a successful extract.

I later received emails that "recipe configuration detection has failed." When I then navigated back to the recipe, I saw the below error message.

Should I continue attempting to extract using the auto recipe creation?

There's Course Level Student Learning Outcome(s) and Course Objectives. BOTH ARE COMPETENCIES. The numbering is not relevant. I looked at several courses and the template looks to be consistently used. Each listing of course level student learning outcomes and course objectives are individual competencies. These could use a column called "ceasn:competencyCategory" to identify the category of each competency.
