Wish: step over, step out

Keys to step over the current line, or step out of the current function to the parent scope, would greatly enhance usability!

This is tricky, as GHCi itself does not have this ability. We should be able to build on top of GHCi to do this, but this is really something that GHCi itself should handle, not us.
