Filtered flopper

Short description:

Add additional tier of flopper (made with gold ingots, for example) that has GUI filter slot where bucket of fluid can be placed, so that it can pull, push and place only corresponding fluid. I am not sure whether it is feature request for mod proper or this is suggestion for addon.
