Flopper draw from Cauldron

Short description:

Given that we can now generate infinite lava using vanilla mechanics, it would be useful to have an early-game block that could transfer the lava in a cauldron to a container. Ideally it could draw any liquid in a cauldron if there was a liquid entry for it, but even just water/lava would be helpful.
