Brackets move seperatley from if statements.

Im pretty sure the title expains it all, but heres a screenshot of what happens if you try and move a if statement:

It'll be a bit of effort to fix in the current build, but could be possible in a redesign. The ability to move brackets, and therefore move things inside is also intended.

Moving multiple blocks will likely be in the svelte redesign
