uv sync --group dev not working on Windows for Python 3.14

As the title says, I had trouble syncing a uv environment with Python 3.14 using this command:

uv sync --group dev -p 3.14

This was discovered while investigating DHI/mikecore-python#41

But running a single test file e.g. uv run pytest .\tests\test_multimodelcompare.py runs fine 🤯

It looks like it's related to quarto for me. Perhaps I don't have the right version installed locally. I'm using Python version 3.14.2 and uv version 0.9.26. I have quarto available on my command line already as version 1.8.26. Also, just to confirm, this is on Windows, not WSL.

Edit:
Using uv run pytest automatically includes the dev group. I was able to run the tests with uv run --no-dev pytest and reproduce the flaky errors above.
