[Feature] Mekanism Compat

The Spectrum mod on the NeoForge platform could attempt to add compatibility with Mekanism, specifically as follows:

1. Enable Mekanism's machines to be compatible with some of Spectrum's processing recipes, such as crushing.
2. Currently, Mekanism's Digital Miner can identify Spectrum's ores, but when mined, they drop as plain (cobble)stone. Since Mekanism's machines inherently have owner information, there are two proposed modification approaches: one is to use the owner's advancement information to make the Digital Miner ignore certain Spectrum blocks, and the other is to use the owner's advancement information to trigger correct ore drops.
