Consider SO JSON-LD validation with SHACL

Should SHACL be used for validating harvested JSON-LD documents?

Should we wait for the v1.3 release to add SHACL validation then?

@datadavev and I were just discussing this today. I think it would be good to run the SHACL processor as part of a MetaDIG check and report the results in our normal MetaDIG reporting reports.

While in theory we could use the SHACL shapes to validate the incomining JSON-LD, I don't think the shapes are mature enough yet to be used to exclude documents -- they are probably overly prescriptive at the moment. During the SOSO 1.3 release, I think we will develop several conformance profile shapes which might make for a decent minimally conformant SOSO documents for discovery use cases. But we're not there yet. But being able to display a conformance report now against the shapes would be helpful to providers.
