[GSSoC 2026] [UI/UX Enhancement] Improve navbar and toolbar responsiveness

Description

I would like to work on improving the responsiveness and usability of the current navbar and toolbar layout in Webify.

At smaller screen sizes, the navigation and action controls become visually cluttered and difficult to interact with, affecting the overall user experience.

As a GSSoC 2026 contributor who has already contributed multiple times to this repository, I would like to enhance the responsiveness and organization of the interface.

• Toolbar feels overcrowded on smaller screens

I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC 2026.

I reviewed the current navbar and toolbar behavior and understood the responsiveness and usability issues occurring on smaller screen sizes, including overcrowded layouts, compressed action buttons, inconsistent spacing, and difficult mobile navigation.

My planned approach is to:

• Improve responsive navbar and toolbar layout handling
• Refine spacing, alignment, and responsive scaling across devices
• Make action controls more mobile-friendly and easier to interact with
• Group or reorganize toolbar actions where necessary to reduce clutter
• Improve accessibility, responsiveness, and overall visual hierarchy
• Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile views

I will carefully test the updated UI on different screen sizes to ensure smooth navigation and a cleaner user experience without affecting existing functionality.

As an active GSSoC 2026 contributor to this repository, I would be happy to continue improving the platform’s frontend experience.
