[FEAT] Add font size control to increase/decrease editor font size

Problem

The editor font size is hardcoded at 14px. Users with different screen sizes or preferences have no way to adjust it.

Expected Behaviour

• A font size control in the toolbar (+ and - buttons or a dropdown)
• Persists across sessions using localStorage
• Range: 10px to 24px

Implementation Notes

• Add fontSize state to page.tsx
• Pass it as a prop to MonacoEditor
• Use editor.updateOptions({ fontSize }) to apply it
• Save to localStorage on change

Hi @Debmallya-03! I'd love to work on this. I'll add a fontSize state, pass it as a prop to MonacoEditor, use editor.updateOptions({ fontSize }) to apply it, and persist it with localStorage. I've worked extensively with the Monaco editor in this codebase already. Can I be assigned?
