[OptiX] Library fails to load on NVIDIA driver 591.44

The newest NVIDIA driver 591.44 broke something and this tool is not usable anymore.
It throws that error [OptiX]: Failed to load OptiX library when trying to denoise an image.

Edit: created a fork with Optix9.1 support. If someone wants to try you can do it here. According to the optix changelog it required +590 drivers. I didn't test myself on older ones. https://github.com/AtiDev17/NvidiaAIDenoiser/releases/tag/3.1

I wrote my own solution in python but sadly it is not as easily distributable as a c++/cmake project.

If I have some time I might fork this repo and upgrade it to optix 9.1 which was released 4 days ago

I updated it for my own use with OptiX 8.1 and NVIDIA Drag and Drop. I’ve already tested it, and it’s working again in my pipeline with the latest NVIDIA driver. Could you guys try it out? If it works, I hope you enjoy it!

Maybe I ended up doing exactly the same thing as @AtiDev17, but for 8.1, I only noticed after I finished it 😄

Hey @AtiDev17! I grabbed your version and it looks like it's doing something, but when I check the output images, nothing's actually changed. Can't see any denoising being applied at all.

Which command are you running and are you on +R590 NVIDIA drivers? I'm using OptiX 9.1.0, which requires at least version 590.xx to function. I've already used it for over 1,000 Full HD renders without any issues. I'm also considering adding a wrapper to dynamically load either the latest OptiX or the older version, in case a user doesn't want to use +R590 drivers. (I needed to downgrade myself because degraded performance in a 3D rendering tool that I am using.)

I'm using the bat file calling Denoiser.exe -i "%%v" -o "denoised/%%v"
I have the drivers 591.86 installed. Using an Nvidia 4080.

Sorry for the lack of updates on this project. I've published a new version which should solve the issue.
