1.21.4 support

Please add support for 1.21.4! Most modern servers have updated to it already. This is the only mod preventing me from updating mine. Thx in advance.

I made a port for 1.21.5 (literally just updated dependencies). This repo seems pretty much dead so I'm publishing a release on my fork: https://github.com/xllifi/Chat-Control/releases/tag/1.6.2%2B1.21.5

Nvm, breaks with styled chat. Gonna fix later today.

Don't publish my fork to modrinth. I won't publish it because I'm 99% not gonna support 1.21.6+ for a long time since I don't need it
