Add the final implementation of a third analyser type, Mbs. This is currently used by i05 and i05-1 and soon to be i21.
This will require reworking some of the current abstract base classes to take this into account PSU mode as it may not be needed (need to double check with controls) and will have a different implementation of how to get the image and spectrum data. Finally, the PV's will need to be standardised across each beamline so that implementations is much simpler and more maintainable. This will need to be coordinated with controls.
Acceptance Criteria
- Mbs analyser added to dodal.
- Added to the appropriate beamlines and dodal connect works.
- Uses common components and base abstract classes with Specs and VGScienta.
