reportlab.build can't save to a pathlib.Path

I just tried to save to a Path-object and got this error:
```
E           TypeError: Cannot use WindowsPath('C:/../test.pdf') as a filename or file
```

The fix is relatively simple, but as this repo is 9y old :-)...
