Make new alt fire mode for Minigun.

It used to be dual Miniguns but since dual weapons are now a thing, this feature became obsolete and unused, should be replaced with something else.

New alt fire for Minigun could be like a second chainsaw. It will spin the barrels at a higher speed than normal and if you touch enemies with it, they will be damaged. The barrels can have some sort of barbwire or chains attached to them.

Also since the barrels are rotating, you can switch to normal fire and immediately start shooting without the need to spin the barrels up first.
