(1.12.2) BOP Dynamic Trees; Some biomes aren't generating with Dynamic Trees?

I've noticed that the Magical Forest and Temperate Rainforest at a minimum don't generate Dynamic Trees

I'm unsure if this is being caused by a conflict, due to me making a modpack with almost 300 mods, or just a bug within already existing code

Just to make sure though, here is the current Dynamic Trees addons that are installed;
Dynamic Trees
Dynamic Trees BOP
Dynamic Trees Defiled Lands
Dynamic Trees Extra Utilities 2
Dynamic Trees Forestry
Dynamic Trees Pams Trees
Dynamic Trees Quark
Dynamic Trees The Twilight Forest

If this could be fixed at all, I'd highly appreciate it!
