[Windows WSL] Stuck on line "[iac] Installing extensions..."

On Windows only, this is caused by not having the WSL extension installed in VS Code before running the installation script. I have since updated the lab to make this requirement clear.

Since this is the last stage of the installation script, it is straightforward to repair your installation.

To do this:

1. Install the WSL extension in VS Code
2. Open the Ubuntu 22.04 terminal and run the below command. This opens your workspace under WSL instead of Windows, which is required for any of the tools to work.

   code ~/Documents/iac/lab0-devtools/autumn/workspace/iac-autumn.code-workspace

3. When the workspace opens, a notification will appear in the bottom right which asks you to install the recommended extensions. Press Install when this appears:
   

You may ignore any task errors relating to "cppbuild" as these are linked to not having the extensions installed yet.
