Essentially, I am struggling to understand what the star in the Default column means in an experiment such as the below:
Is it better to use the ones with the star? How's this assigned? I've found in the terms a few metrics for replicate concordance (https://www.encodeproject.org/data-standards/terms/) and I presume there might be some relationship?
