Include version number in file names for release artifacts #1232
Description
The release artifacts are called things like muse2_linux.tar.gz, but it's more usual to include the version number in the file name, e.g. muse2_linux_v2.1.0.tar.gz, so that it's obvious which version has been downloaded and in case the user has multiple versions in their downloads folder.
After fixing the CI workflow, we may want to go back and rename the release artifacts for old releases to follow this scheme for consistency.
