<p>Jon solves large-scale environmental problems using computational
fluid dynamics and other software
models. He have a diverse research background that spans ocean
biogeochemistry, sedimentary
modelling, biogeography, hazards and tidal dynamics. His primary
focus is in palaeo-tsunamis

<p>Jenny works on nature-based tsunami defences, focusing on mangrove forests.
Jenny is using a mix of numerical models to simulate flow past mangrove-like objects
as well as realistic mangrove models individually and as a forest.</p>
